Electric alter-ego Shock Wave was born from the creative divide in Tiago Silva’s style, after years of playing all his favourite genres under one project.

The powerful psy-trance energy needed space to evolve, and in May 2015 Shock Wave hit the underground scene, playing at clubs, parties and doofs in Brazil. In 2017 & 2019 Shock Wave played at the huge Brazilian festival Carpe Diem alongside Mystical Complex, Royal Flush, Paranormal Attack, DJ Moon, GroundBasss, Hyperception, Azax,, Burn In Noise, Omiki, Ranji, All in One and Labirinto. And in 2018, he played at major trance festival Revellion Trance.

In Australia, Shock Wave has graced The Social Bondi with his epic sets for Pixel, The Bridge Hotel for Geometric Sound, and plays regularly for Season X, also at the Bridge Hotel. He played alongside Ryanosauros at the music festival Three Dimensions in 2019. In 2022, Shock Wave headlined the Tropical UV Doof in the Noosa hinterland in both April & August.
